Purpose of the role:

AsImplementation Manager - B 2 Byou will initially focus on new product launching in 2027 before expanding to manage multiple concurrent partner implementations across Saa S, Sportsbook API and White Label models.

You will lead & manage implementation programmes from project mobilisation through to Go Live, coordinating multiple workstreams across Product, Engineering, Trading, Compliance, Payments, CRM, BI and Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme & Project Management

• Leading an end-to-end implementation project for BV 360 Saa S partners.
• Developing and maintaining implementation plans, milestones and timelines.
• Coordinating workstreams across Product, Engineering, Trading, Compliance, Payments, BI, Customer Operations and Commercial.
• Managing governance through steering meetings, status reporting and executive updates.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, action logs, decision registers and RAID logs, identifying, managing and escalating project risks and dependencies.

Partner Implementation & Technical Onboarding

• Coordinating onboarding across multiple internal domains, including Brand Configuration, Identity Provider (Id P), Payments, Trading, CRM, Sportsbook, Casino, Compliance, and BI.
• Acting as the primary implementation lead for partner organisations.
• Coordinating internal engineering teams and partner technical resources.

Customer Migration

• Coordinating migration of customer accounts, balances, open bets, payment methods, KYC documentation, responsible gambling settings, limits and historical customer data.
• Ensuring migrations are secure, compliant and operationally robust.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Leading kick-off meetings and discovery workshops.
• Capturing business requirements and translate them into implementation activities.
• Building trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Documenting every stage of the implementation lifecycle.
• Validating implementation processes during live projects.
• Producing reusable workshop templates, configuration guides and migration checklists.
• Creating and maintain the BV 360 Saa S Implementation Playbook.
• Capturing lessons learned and continuously improve delivery processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing complex software implementation or Saa S onboarding projects.
• Programme, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Outstanding documentation and process design capability.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Successful delivery of partner implementations to agreed scope, budget and timeline.
• Effective management of implementation risks and dependencies.
• Successful coordination of multiple concurrent partner implementations.
• Creation and ongoing ownership of the BV 360 Saa S Implementation Playbook.
• Continuous improvement of B 2 B implementation capability.
