CRM Junior Executive

Your influential mission. You will...

• Work with initial requirements, specifications and change requests, translating business needs into accurate back-office and CRM configurations.
• Execute and maintain system configurations across relevant back-office platforms.
• Build, update and quality-check CRM email templates in line with campaign requirements and brand standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm campaign content, targeting, timing and technical requirements.
• Become familiar with the different backend and CRM systems, acting as a hands-on problem solver and identifying practical solutions within system capabilities.
• Support the Operations team with day-to-day platform, campaign and configuration requests.
• Carry out checks to ensure configurations and communications are accurate, consistent and ready for launch.
• Document recurring processes, configurations and campaign setups to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.

• Previous experience in CRM, digital marketing, campaign operations, back-office operations or a similar role.
• Experience building email templates or supporting automated customer communications.
• Previous experience IMS.
