Purpose of the role:

As aGames Executiveyou will be reporting to the Head of Casino, supporting the day-to-day operation and growth of our Bingo’s and Games portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver engaging player experiences, drive promotional activities, and operational initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role requires experience working on Bingo brands who is proactive, organised, a strong communicator, capable of working independently, and eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing area of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing bingo schedules, campaigns and promotional activity, ensuring all initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.
• Overseeing relationships with Bingo and Games suppliers, coordinating launches, campaigns and product updates.
• Contributing to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance.
• Testing new products, features, and promotions, ensuring successful launches and a high-quality player experience.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to raise and deliver product enhancements.
• Monitoring product performance, customer engagement, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations.
• Working closely with CRM, Promotions, and Engagement teams to support player acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Ensuring all Bingo and Games activity complies with regulatory, licensing, and responsible gambling requirements.
• Supporting reporting, operational processes, and wider E-Gaming projects as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience with Online Bingo.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop.
