Head of Portfolio Strategy & Planning

The UK&I Strategy & Insights team helps shape strategic direction across the UK&I business, bringing together customer, market, brand and commercial insight to inform where the business should invest, grow and focus its resources. Working closely with Marketing, Finance and other customer-facing functions, the team provides the evidence and strategic thinking behind key portfolio and investment decisions.

AsHead of Portfolio Strategy & Planningyou will lead portfolio strategy across UK&I and help the business make sharper choices about where to invest, grow and focus resources. You will combine customer, market, brand and commercial data to evaluate opportunities and translate insight into clear portfolio priorities and investment recommendations.

Reporting to theStrategy & Insights Directoryou will be part of theUK&I Strategy & Insights teampartnering across Marketing, Finance and other customer-facing functions. You will own market sizing, forecasting and strategic market outlooks, while bringing leaders together around priorities across products, channels, brands and customer segments to ensure resources are focused on the opportunities with the greatest potential.

You Will:

• Own UK&I portfolio strategy across products, channels, brands and customer segments.
• Partner with Marketing and Finance to develop evidence-based investment recommendations and inform where the business should focus its resources.
• Own market sizing, forecasting and strategic market outlooks that inform portfolio and investment decisions.
• Lead strategic planning, develop portfolio business cases and support executive decision-making forums.
• Translate portfolio priorities into clear investment plans and measurable outcomes.

You Have:

• Proven portfolio strategy experience within direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Strong commercial experience evaluating opportunities, trade-offs and returns.
• Track record of prioritising initiatives and allocating resources across competing demands.
• Experience creating governance and planning processes that support investment and prioritisation decisions.
