Human Resources Business Partner

The role

is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to sit at the heart of our people function — partnering with senior leaders to build the organisational capability that drives our growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that spans strategic workforce planning and day-to-day employee relations, with real scope to shape how we operate across our global, distributed team onsite. What you'll do

  • Partner with senior leadershipto design and execute people strategy — including workforce planning and org design — that directly supports commercial ambitions across multiple entities.

  • Own the full ER caseloadend to end: disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance cases, and workplace investigations — delivering pragmatic, legally sound outcomes that are fair and consistent.

  • Design and run engagement programmespulse surveys, culture initiatives, feedback loops — and turn insight into meaningful action rather than box-ticking exercises.

  • Coach and upskill line managerson difficult conversations, performance feedback, and conflict resolution, building capability so issues are caught early and handled well.

  • Drive policy and complianceacross multiple legal entities, keeping HR documentation current and ensuring the business stays ahead of regulatory change in each jurisdiction it operates in.

  • Track and analyse people metricsturnover, engagement, ER trends — and use that data to drive proactive interventions, not just respond to problems after the fact.

What we're looking for

  • Depth in employee relationsnot just policy familiarity, but demonstrable, hands-on experience navigating complex disciplinaries, grievances, and workplace investigations through to resolution.

  • Strong command of global employment lawwith the confidence to interpret and apply it across multiple jurisdictions independently.

  • Strategic HR experienceworking directly with senior stakeholders, influencing org design and workforce planning decisions at a business level.

  • Relevant qualification and groundinga degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, regulated, and tech-driven environmentsprior i Gaming experience is a genuine plus, though comparable industries are equally welcome.

  • Ability to operate autonomouslyin a globally distributed, remote-first context — self-directed, adaptable, and effective without close oversight.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skillswith a track record of earning credibility at all levels of an organisation.
