As a key member of the IT department, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of the company's technology infrastructure, assist the IT Manager and help ensure systems run smoothly across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting IT operations and infrastructure management.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Assisting with IT projects, upgrades and rollouts.
- Maintaining security protocols and system documentation.
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal technical support.
Candidate requirements include:
- Proven experience in an IT support or junior IT management role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of networking, systems administration and security best practices.
