Key Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly

Support payroll processing and ensure the correct application of payroll taxes

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment inquiries

Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance and completeness

Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting

Continuously seek process improvements to streamline AP operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, preferably in high-volume settings

Strong knowledge of payroll functions and payroll tax regulations

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to analyze and resolve complex discrepancies

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Familiarity with large ERP/accounting systems

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $70,000 –$90,000 USD.
