This is a highly visible leadership rolean FTC, andresponsible for defining and delivering our global affiliate strategy across some of the most recognised brands in betting and gaming, including, and.

Leading a talented international team,you'lldrive sustainable customer growth, maximise commercial performance and build meaningful partnerships across multiple markets. You'llcombine strategic thinking, data-led decision making and people leadership to unlock new opportunities, challenge the status quo and ensure Affiliates continues to be a key contributor to our global growth ambitions.

Whatyou'llbe doing

• Define and deliver the global affiliate strategy, ensuring activity supports commercialobjectives, customer acquisitiongoalsand long-term business growth.
• Lead affiliate performance across multiple brands and markets, optimising investment, profitability, customervalueand return on marketing spend.
• Develop and manage budgets,forecastsand growth plans, delivering measurable acquisition results against quarterly and annual targets.
• Build, inspire and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability,collaborationand continuous improvement.
• Provide senior leadership across the business, influencing decision-making through commercial insight, performanceanalysisand strategic recommendations.
• Foster productive relationships with partners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Product, Technology, Compliance and Legal.
• Champion innovation across affiliate technology, automation, AI,measurementand performance frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure all affiliate activityoperateswithin regulatory, compliance and governance requirements while balancing growth opportunities with risk management.

• Extensive experience leading affiliate marketing programmes within online betting,gamingor other highly regulated digital environments.
• Proven success developing and executing affiliate strategies across multiple markets,brandsor complex commercial landscapes.
• Experience leading,coachingand developing managers and specialist teams, witha track recordof building capability and succession plans.
• Commercially astute and highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear actions,recommendationsand business outcomes.
