  4. Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or technical project management.
  5. 2+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, data pipelines, or operational workflows.
  6. Ability to translate ambiguous technical and operational requirements into structured execution plans.
  7. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing technical project deliverables.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while maintaining rigorous quality and delivery standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting U. S. Government, defense, intelligence, or national security missions, either directly or through government contractors.
  2. Experience delivering AI/ML, computer vision, data annotation, or data evaluation projects.
  3. Familiarity with multimodal datasets, including imagery, video, sensor data, or other complex data types used in AI training and evaluation.
  4. Experience designing or managing data pipelines, AI training workflows, quality assurance processes, and human-in-the-loop operations.
  5. Familiarity with government contracting environments, data governance, security protocols, or compliance requirements.
  6. Experience managing technical or data-intensive projects in fast-paced startup environments.
