Assistant Chef / Trainee Baker

is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Chef to join our team, with the opportunity to train and develop into a Baker.

Working alongside our experienced team, you will learn the skills required to produce a range of handcrafted artisan bakery and pastry products, using traditional methods and quality ingredients.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in baking and pastry, is keen to learn, and would like to develop their skills and build a career within bakery.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working in a kitchen

A genuine interest in baking and a willingness to learn

Basic baking or pastry knowledge/qualifications would be an advantage

Good standards of food preparation, hygiene and cleanliness

Creativity and attention to detail

The ability to work well as part of a team

An adequate level of English and Spanish

Food Hygiene qualification or knowledge

Working Hours

Full-time position based on a 39-hour week, with no split shifts.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Chef who is looking to develop their baking skills through hands-on training and progress into a Baker role.
