Learning & Coaching Executive

This is ain-officerole. As aLearning & Coaching Executiveyou will be responsible for esigning, delivering, and maintaining training programmes that support both new starters and existing employees. You will ensure colleagues have the knowledge, and confidence to perform to a high standard, supporting a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing professional development.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be part of the Learning & Development team. This team ensures colleagues have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform to a high standard. They support a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing professional development.

You Will:

• Develop accurate and engaging training materials, ensuring content remains up to date with processes, and best practices.
• Deliver onboarding training for new starters, supporting them through their transition into live operational roles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to new employees during their initial transition period to ensure confidence, competence, and engagement.
• Conduct regular refresher training and individual coaching sessions for existing staff to promote knowledge, address performance gaps, and support continuous improvement.
• Identify learning needs through performance data, feedback, and observation, and adapt training accordingly.
• Work with operational leaders and team members to align training programmes with our goals.
• Track training completion, coaching outcomes, and learner progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Promote a positive learning culture that encourages continuous development and knowledge sharing.

You Have:

• Experience in a learning, classroom training & coaching, or people development role.
• Create clear, structured, training materials.
• In delivering training and coaching both one-to-one and in group settings.
• Training approaches to suit different learning styles.
