- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and ingredients.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while checking that everything meets quality standards.
- Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and clear plates or glasses as needed.
- Process payments using the cash register or card machine.
- Reset and clean tables quickly between guests.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and host team members to maintain smooth service.
